Palmer College of Chiropractic
A 140-bed new housing development offers students a variety of apartment sizes centrally located on campus.

Palmer College of Chiropractic needed to expand its housing options to host a growing student population on campus. In order to stay competitive with other housing options, the design team researched comparable sizes and prices of surrounding developments, leading to an adjustment of the previously identified unit size. Students now have three units to choose from, including a studio, 1-bed and 2-bed apartments. The site was selected and designed to face the rest of campus in a ā€œUā€ shape building, allowing a private outdoor courtyard. Amenities include flexible study spaces, public lounges, a 4th floor balcony and laundry accommodations on each level.

Designed in conjunction with RDG Group.
