Designed to exceed expectations, Bennett’s new learning environment features increased technology and flexible furniture.

Bennett, Colorado is a neighboring city of Denver currently experiencing a population boom as it rapidly develops into the next super-commute suburb of Denver. As a result, the Bennett School District needed to accommodate an influx of students at the elementary level, and the solution was budget-friendly, temporary modular buildings. Hollis + Miller teamed up with contractor Fransen Pittman to deliver a building fitting the tight budget and time frame while meeting the district’s educational requirements, providing a permanent solution to the increased student population.

The new Upper Elementary School is now home to 4th-6th graders, providing students ample space to learn and grow, supplemented with flexible furniture and increased technology.
