Interior finishes update the Englewood District office while increasing efficiency, functionality and adding in daylighting.

The Englewood District office building was in need of a refresh as well as a restructuring of programs housed in and near the building. Thoughtful collaboration added central security, server rooms, additional offices and a secure vestibule, all while remaining in the existing footprint of the building. Interior updates helped the new aesthetic look of the main spaces inside give off a modern feel while preserving the history of the building. New offices, conference rooms, work stations and a family room will benefit all who utilize the space on a daily basis. Removal of mechanical units allow more daylight to stream in, brightening up the work areas.
