Growing up in the rural town of Morrowville, Kansas, interior designer Hillary L’Ecuyer was raised to love learning and serving others at an early age. This small-town childhood empowered Hillary to try as many school, 4-H and civic activities as she could, and what sparked excitement was the arts – in the form of theater, drawing and yearbook.
Channeling this love of the arts into interior design allows Hillary to work creatively within a set of programs to create design solutions that serve, support and inspire end-users. She believes that space is most effective when it is created collaboratively, integrating thoughtful, responsive design with mission-fit furniture.
A proud Kansas State University grad, Hillary enjoys spending her free time volunteering in the design community as the IIDA Mid-America Chapter President and serving on the KSU College of Health and Human Sciences Alumni Advisory Board. When not serving in the community, you’ll likely find her exploring the Kansas City food and beverage scene, staying active in recreational sports leagues or baking up some sweet treats for friends and co-workers.
